My Story

Self-care for me encompasses intentional practices that support my overall well-being and spiritual growth. It involves planning, organization, creating structure, and managing my emotions effectively. I prioritize mindful eating, as I’m learning to listen to my body and recognize what nourishes it best. My faith is a cornerstone of my self-care—spending time in God’s Word, listening to the Holy Spirit, walking in discernment, and using my gifts to live purposefully. Surrounding myself with like-minded individuals, maintaining strong mentorships, and engaging in therapy are essential components of this journey. These practices allow me to stay grounded, intentional, and aligned with my purpose.
